I just wanna make sure if the Reine/Rayne Armor Set effect is intentionally customized or designed as per image below.

I bought a level 125 RM set because I thought it will be more convenient for my character. I'm an AoE/sta type RM and I was expecting the original effects which is:
Increased HP +20%, Increased DEF +25%, Decreased Casting Time +20%, INT +20
